Development Director

We are seeking a Development Director to lead our fundraising initiatives, with a focus on the GOTR’s work in individual giving and sponsorship. The primary responsibilities will be to lead the organization’s individual giving strategy. This will include developing and implementing strategies to identify, cultivate, and steward donors to increase and diversify philanthropic revenue sources. The Development Director will also be responsible for the organization’s sponsorship program.
